15 Minute Beginning Rebounder Workout

Today's workout is perfect for the beginner rebounder or anyone who wants more of a mild and simple workout for the day. This is a great low intensity steady state cardio, otherwise known as LISS. This is a great workout if you are just getting starting with rebounding or want to go back to the basics. I will be taking you through some basic moves, while teaching you proper form and keeping you safe. You will burn a TON of calories using a mini trampoline! Trampoline HIIT

This 45 minute high intensity interval workout on the TRAMPOLINE will challenge your stamina and improve your aerobic conditioning. I incorporate lots of jumping ab and oblique work in this routine! PUSH yourself during the 45 second interval and recover for 15 seconds before the next burst of cardio. She is jumping on a 40-inch Blue Rebounder.

High Intensity Workout

In this video you will burn a TON of calories on a mini trampoline. Today's workout is INTENSE. This workout was optimized to lose fat and have fun. In as little as 10 minutes you will burn a ton of calories and feel energized. Jumping workouts are good for your health and soul. Beginning Rebounder Workouts: Playlist

This is a Complete Beginner Rebounding Bounce 101 Playlist. Start with the second video which is a 5 minute warm-up and then pick one of the four 15 minute workouts. You can pick from: 15 minute Workout Pilates core, 15 minute Bounce with Weights, 15 minute Bounce Barre or a 15 minute Light weight Sculpt. Cardio workout with Weights and Ab Finisher

This is Naomi Joys' Trampoline Cardio Workout With Light Weights/ Lower Abs Finisher. This workout will be 25 mins of low impact cardio (complete with warm up), with 5 mins of lower abs exercises, followed by a relaxing stretch. We will be toning the upper body and increasing the cardio challenge by adding light hand weights. She is using 3lbs (1.4 Kg) in this video. She wouldn't recommend going much heavier than that, as you want to focus on keeping your shoulders back and down. Form is everything! She is jumping on a 48-inch Red Rebounder.
