WORKOUT

Proper form - for this one were just going to focus on proper form first. you're going to stand with your feet flat, knees slightly bent and feet shoulder-width apart. pelvis tucked in ,  chest up.

Balance and coordination - Turn to the side . Center of your rebounder, feet shoulder width apart , knees slightly bent, pelvis tucked in, shoulders back.

Bounce/Jumping  - Remember feet flat, knees slightly bent, feet shoulder width apart, chest up and start jumping on your mini trampoline

Focus/balancing  - Find a point in the room to focus on , feel relaxed  but maintain that rebounder stance.

Body weight shift  - This is where we shifting our body weight from one side to the other with a little more of a jump.
