About the Workout

This rebounder workout is a quick ReHIT style workout on the mini trampoline. It is easy to follow. You will burn fat and have FUN. This type HIIT workout consists of 2-3 sets of 20-30 seconds of intense work followed by 2 min of recovery. Let's GO. WORKOUT:  

warm up by starting jumping on your rebounder

bring our feet to a stop and just circle through one ankle in one direction and switch sides

step side by side in trampoline and shake your arms

30 secs sprint facing different location

repeat cycle
