Warm up - warming up your body and stretching your muscles before we start our rebounding workout.
Low push down bounce - basic bouncing on your trampoline, not so high.
Alt leg Step up - step down and up in your trampoline with each leg alternate.
Jumping Jacks - basic jumping jacks on your trampoline
Alt arm and leg touch - while lying on your trampoline , reach your foot using your right hand and do it alternately with the other side
