Warm up - feet in the trampoline while doing a basic bounce
Ankle roll - roll your ankle one by one through your knee and hip in motion
Hopping - steady hopping move focus on contracting your abs
Core contractions - diagonally bend your hips towards your rib cage
Happy move - bounce on the trampoline side by side.
