About the Workout

This rebounding video is a quick 5 minute standing ab workout on the mini trampoline. You will strength your deep core muscles through balance and stability. These are some of my favorite moves to work my abs while standing on the rebounder. The mini trampoline provides an advanced level of stability and balance. she is using our blue 40 inch rebounder

WORKOUT:

Warm up - feet in the trampoline while doing a basic bounce

Ankle roll - roll your ankle one by one through your knee and hip in motion

Hopping - steady hopping move focus on contracting your abs

Core contractions - diagonally bend your hips towards your rib cage

Happy move - bounce on the trampoline side by side.
