WORKOUT
Warm up - lets hop on our rebounder and start with a little health bounce. your feet about hip width apart in parallel soft bend with your knees and start with the basic bounce.
Walking - keep the bottom of your feet on the trampoline and just lift your heels or you can make it a little bit bigger and just march and walk it out.
Washing machine - while bouncing on your rebounder do a twisting motion and twist those arms while lifted side to side as you bounce.
Knee to chest - now were going to bring our knees to our chest arms overhead, right knee, left knee. think crunching through pulling in there with your lower abs.
Punching - both feet down you're just gonna reach across as you tap , tap your back foot as you make a punch in the opposite side of your foot tapping.
