Twenty minutes. Twenty moves. One rebounder.
This full-body circuit is built to leave you stronger, steadier, and more confident than when you started — no gym, no equipment, just you and the bounce. REBOUNDER IN THIS VIDEO: 48” Leaps & Rebounds SHOP HERE Use Code “THEREBOUNDGUY” to save 10%! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Consistency beats intensity. Every time.

This workout is a 20/20 circuit — 20 moves, 45 seconds of work followed by 15 sec of rest, one round through, 20 minutes total. It’s designed around the four things I care about most for you as a rebounder:
Confidence, Stamina, Strength, and Mobility.
Every move on this mat is doing double duty — building your cardio engine while teaching your body to balance, rotate, and land with control. You’ll move through jogs, in-and-outs, jumping jacks with a clap, scissor jumps, squat holds, single-leg balance work on both sides, lateral bounds, punch combos, fast feet, four-corner jumps, wide-stance overhead punches, twists, skier hops, a boxer shuffle, and one big finishing jump to close it out strong. It’s cardio. It’s a little bit of boxing. It’s balance training. And by the end, it’s a full-body win. Why rebounding works: The mini trampoline absorbs impact that would otherwise go straight into your knees, hips, and lower back — which means you get a real cardio and strength stimulus without the joint pounding of running or high-impact floor work. That’s what makes this format sustainable. You can do this workout today, tomorrow, and the day after, and your body will thank you instead of breaking down. What this workout builds:
CONFIDENCE — Every round you finish is proof you can do hard things. The punch-based moves especially are here to help you feel powerful, not just tired.
STAMINA — The 45/15 interval structure trains your heart and lungs to recover faster between efforts, so everyday activities start to feel easier.
STRENGTH — Squats, scissor jumps, and bounding moves load your legs and core without needing a single dumbbell.
MOBILITY — Twists, single-leg balance work, and four-corner jumps keep your hips, ankles, and spine moving through full ranges of motion instead of getting stiff. How to use this video: Follow along in real time — I call out every move and give you an easier and a harder option, so you can meet yourself exactly where you are today. New to rebounding? Take the easier version of every move and focus on control, not speed. Been bouncing with me for a while? Push the harder options and try to hold better form as you fatigue in the back half of the circuit. Modifications are built in throughout. If a move feels like too much on a given day, scale it down — showing up and moving is always the win, not perfection. If you’re pregnant, recovering from an injury, or managing a health condition, please check with your doctor before starting any new exercise program, and modify or skip any move that doesn’t feel right for your body.
