WORKOUT
Bow arrow - move you arms side by side like you are shooting an arrow while on rebounder
Twist - Jumping side by side and your arms moving with them as well
Straddle - Like a jumping jacks but this time you put your arms in front of your face and you open and close them together while jumping on your trampoline
Diamond jacks - Basic jumping jacks on your rebounder.

SanFran Fitness is a channel dedicated to Rebounding and Trampoline workouts. We are a family company run by Claire and Scott Francis.
