How to Use a Stability Bar on Your Mini Trampoline

WORKOUT

This is a workout meant for beginners, seniors, or rehabilitation. If you need a stability bar, we offer one here.

Warm up - Stretching hips going back, then leaning side to side before putting a leg on the rebounder and leaning forward and then get on rebounder for calf raises

Left Rights - with foot flat on the rebounder, shift your balance left and right

Knee Raises - keep one foot planted on the rebounder and lift the other knee, then switch and repeat

Side Raises  - with one foot planted lift the other to the side, then switch and repeat 

Hamstring Curls - with one leg planted lift the other back, bending at the knee, then switch and repeat.

Knee Lift Extension  - with one leg planted, lift the other knee up then kick your leg out straight before bending again and lowering the leg, then switch and repeat.
