Workout:
on the rebounder for a quick warm up
feet and hip width apart and parallel hands on your hips and begin with the basic bounce
bring up your knees a little bit and foot comes up a little bit higher
the next level would be no steps in between. its just heightening left and right
step it side to side slowly until you make it hop side to side.
