About the Workout
In this video you will burn A LOT of calories in as little as 30 minutes on the mini trampoline. This is an easy to follow walking style cardio workout on the rebounder. We will be moving the entire 30 minutes, getting our heart rate up and keeping it high the entire. This rebounder workout is fast an intense, but as always I give you modifications if needed. Renee is using 48 pink rebounder.
