Warm-up

  • Health Bounce: Keep your core engaged, knees gently bent, and head up as you press firmly into the mat of the trampoline but not enough to leave the mat.
  • Light Steps: Step out to the side one at a time before stepping back to the center of the rebounder one foot at a time. Swing your arms with each bounce.
  • Health Bounce: Keep your core engaged, knees gently bent, and head up as you press firmly into the mat of the rebounder just enough to leave the mat.
  • Wide Twists: In a wide stance bounce from one side to the other, lightly twisting your body from side to side as you do so.
  • Side Jumps: With your hands on your hips and your legs shoulder-width apart, bounce from once side of the rebounder to the other.
  • High Knees: Starting with your hands clasped together above your head, lightly bounce to one side and bring the opposite knee up to hip height. As you do this, bring your hands down to tap your knee before repeating on the other side.
  • Double Out and In: In a neutral stance with your arms at your sides bounce twice before bringing your hands together in front of you as you bounce twice in a wide stance.
  • Side to Side Taps: With your legs shoulder-width apart, take two steps to the side before tapping the center of the mat of the mini-trampoline, swinging your arms at your sides as you do so. Repeat on both sides.
