WORKOUT

Basic bounce: Keep your abs pulled in, feet shoulder width apart and keep your feet on the mat. Keep your knees slightly bent. Jump for one minute, then reach your hands and arms out to the side, then over your head and back to the side then down. Do that for 20 seconds. 

Stretch  - on your rebounder do a neutral curl,hands on the end of the rebounder and toes are on the other end. do a downward facing dog and once you established that position hands and feet are set , hold that position for another 30 secs and wiggle them.

High knees - arms are moving forward and back while holding your weights. if you feel unstable you can just be tapping the foot forward and back.

Triceps - legs together arms down, turn to the side. and start pulling those weights focus in the triceps as you bounce in your rebounder.

Front kicks: Kick with each leg out in front of you. If the jump and kick is too challenging, you can stand and alternate kicking. Bring your arms up to down, or keep your hands on the hips. Do this move for one minute
