Returns and Exchanges

Returns - Money-back Guarantee
Our money-back guarantee is for 30 days on orders that are not international. You have up to 30-days after your rebounder arrives to your door to return your rebounder for a full refund. We do not accept returns after 30-days. In the case of damaged items, please see below for lifetime warranty information. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. 

To begin your free return, email us at Please provide your order number. This can be found in your order confirmation email by searching for “leaps.” 

We will email you a prepaid return label. Attach the label to your box and drop off at any UPS store.

Please Note: Due to the size of the product, Limited American Edition Rebounder customers will be responsible for OVERSIZED return shipping.

Returns - Lifetime Warranty
You have a lifetime warranty for your Rebounder that includes everything except the bungees.

To get a replacement part, please fill out this form and we will send that out.

Please include your order number, what part got damaged and how it happened.

You can find your order number by finding the order confirmation in your email - just search ”leaps”.

We will send you a new part free of charge!

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1 to 5 days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.


Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items are eligible for return or refund. If you return a sale priced item for any reason, your refund cannot exceed the price you paid for the item. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item please fill out this form and we will get back to you! 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

To return your product, you should use the pre-paid label to send us back your Rebounder.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

International Orders 
Unfortunately, we cannot honor Warranties for International orders outside of the USA. We also cannot accept Returned Rebounders due to the high shipping costs. If you bought your rebounder on Amazon please contact your Amazon seller for assistance.
