Basic Bounce with jumping jack legs: With your legs, jump out and together like you're doing a jumping jack on the rebounder. Bring your bent arms out and then together in front of you at the same time.
Weighted press: Grab your weights, (any size you're comfortable with, Renee is using her 15 pound weights.) and lay down on your trampoline, with your legs up in a sit-up position. Engage your core and light your arms up and down in a press.
Basic bounce with jumping jack legs: With your legs, jump out and together like you're doing a jumping jack on the rebounder. Bring your arms out and then together in front of you at the same time.
Sideways lift: Lay on your mini trampoline on your side and bring the smaller weight up over your head and then down to the side. This move doesn't need a big weight, as you'll feel it right away. Make sure to engage your core. The straighter your arm, the more resistance. Switch sides.
