Breathing - sit on your trampoline as we do a breathing for warm up, take a big inhale and we're going to stretch up and invite all the positive energy for our workout. relax those hands on your thigh and do 3 big neck circles.
Warm up - hop on the rebounder and take a nice wide stance , bring those arms out, start to bounce with your feet as we do the basic health bounce
Energy boost bounce - Alternating your feet, jump up and down with a slight bend in your legs on the rebounder. Bring knees higher if you can. Jumdop out and then together on the rebounder. Add your arms to go above your head and to the sides of your body.
Cool down - Continue we gonna continue bouncing on our rebounder for about 2-3 minutes and slowly lowering the bounce to wrap it up.
