WORKOUT
Walking - start easy with warming up and slowly walking on your rebounder.
Breathing - while doing the walking , make sure to do proper breathing.
Jogging - Jog on your trampoline all 3 direction. (front, left, right)
March - Same as Jogging but lets pop those arms and engage on your cores
Bounce - put your hands on your hips and do a bounce on your rebounder.
