Basic bounce - pull the arms back as you bouncing on your rebounder.
Swing - side to side swing your arms pushing down to your trampoline.
Pull back - pull your arms back in a 90 degree angle.
Heel digs - take single heel digs out to the side. do the same on the other heel.
Side to side - while on your rebounder and band on your hip make sure your legs are staying in a wide stance.and start bouncing swinging through the arms tucking up through the core.
