Basic bounce walk with weights: Start with a basic walk with 1 pound weights in your hands.
Oxygen: Stop bouncing and bring your arms up and down and breathe.
March: Go back to marching with your weights on the rebounder
Wide march: Continuing marching while bringing your feet wide.
March: Back to regular march on the trampoline
repeat, Then add one arm above your weight and switch.
Side step touch: Bring one foot to the side and move your body, we're doing a step touch on the trampoline.
March: Go back to the March on the rebounder.
Walking: Walk forward and backward. A nice easy walk on the trampoline. Switch directions of your body.
March: Go back to the March on the rebounder.
Arms out: Continue marching on the rebounder while bringing both arms up to shoulder-height then bring them back down.
March: Go back to the March on the rebounder.
