Rebounder Tabata Workout
On your rebounder , follow this cycle:
Heel touch - make sure to touch them heels
V Shuffle - move your feet side by side in the trampoline
Squats - as low as you can to burn more calories
Front kick - make sure legs are straight when you kick
Sprint - stationary run on the rebounder
