Please note that I am NOT a fitness instructor, but I am a fitness enthusiast. I decided to make this channel for family and friends (and YOU) and like-minded folks who would like to start working out but don't know where to start. WORKOUT
Level: Intermediate/Advance
- Equipment needed: Rebounder, Light hand weights
- ON: Health Bounce to warm up Double Heel taps L/R Betty Boop
- OFF: Single leg Triceps Dips Kick Thru's L/R Leg Lifts L/R
- ON: Side to Side Cross Body punches Hammer Curl/Kicks Served platter bounce
- OFF(ish): Revers Crunches
- (ON) Plank Hop and Hold Leg to Elow plank ON: Jumping Jacks High Knees Power Walk
- OFF: Split Squats Wide/Narrow sits High Plank push ON: Health Bounce cool down (do a longer one if needed)
