Health bounce - We use deflated balls to track our knees , hips, ankles and toes. forward soft bending your knees shoulders step back as you bounce as warm up.
Shoulders - lets start rolling those shoulders back while we press in to our rebounder
Side to side - start moving your arms and body side to side as you bounce on your trampoline. do it nice and gentle.
Circles - now lets take our hands circle them in and out. circling in and out pressing in to the mat.
Cardio - every minute you're going to work that forward and backward motion, face sideways and you gonna come forward and come back , do this in all direction for 1 minute each side
