WORKOUT

(This is Tabata style / there's always a 10 sec rest on every steps of the entire workout

Warm up - Start with the basic bounce on your rebounding and you can also move your arms and waist doing this to warm up all body part

Forward/Backward Jump - as you jump on your rebounder move a bit forward and backward every jump also use your hands and arms to push as you move forward and pull as you move backwards

Circles - gently bounce while you make a circle using your arms. make sure to make a whole circle and stretch your arms all they to your feet and above your head.

Side by Side  - while bouncing move your hips side by side left and right 

Side step - this focus on your lower body . squat a little bit while doing this and move your feet and make a step side ways. right step > neutral > left step. you can also use your hand to coordinate with your steps.

Burpees  - same position as squat bend your knees and as you goes up do a little up and raise your hand above your head. put your hand down as you go lower again and repeat steps.
