Warm Up - do a basic bounce on your rebounder and keep it a bit higher with your feet lifting in the trampoline while doing the bounce
Boxing Punches - while still bouncing do a punch Jab and cross 2 and 2.
Kicks - hold your knee, kick sideways and put your other feet down on the rebounder while touching the edge of it.
Kickboxing - while doing the jab cross motion use your back feet to kick on front.
Core - laying down on your rebounder do a sit ups while doing the punch.
Mobility Stretch - place your ankle on the end of the rebounder and stretch them legs. same as your arms.
