Side to side skiΒ - jumping side to side on your mini trampoline
Jumping jacksΒ - basic jumping jacks , make sure you lift those arms too while jumping
High front kicksΒ - while jumping on your rebounder make a kick as high as you can every bounce.
Reverse balance lunge right leg in frontΒ - place both your feet at the end of rebounder and its like a squat but leaning forward and try to touch the mat of your rebounder by your knees.Β
Single leg balance front to backΒ - using one foot to balance on your mini trampoline, lean your body forward and backward and keep up your balance.Β
