CARDIO WORKOUT | GET FIT WITH ME - DAY 16 HOME WORKOUT Rebounder Tabata Workout. Shirlina is using our green 40 rebounder.





Running man - stationary run on your rebounder

Pool jump - while jumping on your rebounder move your hands and pretend you are jumping in the pool

Jump  - basic jump on your trampoline

Butt bounce - same as jumping but this time make sure to focus on your butt and make sure they bounce.

Jog - Same as running man but this time its a bit slower.
