WORKOUT
Twist side to side - we gonna twist side to side , warming up the spine. focus on rotating from your mid to upper back
High knees - lean back ever so slightly , core is tight and big arms. hands are squeezed together were twisting side to side working on our obliques.
Top jump jack - lift your knees into your chest and punch your arms overhead as you jump in your rebounder.
Alternating punches - we are going to do alternating punches right left as we jump on our rebounder.
Heel taps - we gonna do 2 heel tap on each side. flex your foot rotate your hip externally. keep your core tight and push down into standing foot.
