About the Workout

Welcome to my Mini Trampoline Workout Class! In this 30 min HIIT cardio routine we will be working for 30 secs with 10 secs of active recovery. We have 5 circuits with 3 moves in each one. We will run through each circuit 2 times back to back. At the end we will run through all 15 moves one more time! To get the most out of this HIIT Rebounder Workout, you want to be pushing down into the trampoline. Remember to keep your core tight and flex your upper body. This will help you burn more calories. Have fun and just do your best! :) High Intensity Interval Cardio Training is an effective way to burn calories, as your body will continue to burn energy up to 14 hours after your exercise session. In order for this to occur, you do have to challenge yourself, so you are out of breath by the end of the interval. Please take more rest time if you have having difficulty catching your breath. WORKOUT

Twist side to side - we gonna twist side to side , warming up the spine. focus on rotating from your mid to upper back

High knees - lean back ever so slightly , core is tight and big arms. hands are squeezed together were twisting side to side working on our obliques. 

Top jump jack - lift your knees into your chest and punch your arms overhead as you jump in your rebounder.

Alternating punches - we are going to do alternating punches right left as we jump on our rebounder.

Heel taps  - we gonna do 2 heel tap on each side. flex your foot rotate your hip externally. keep your core tight and push down into standing foot.
