Warm-up - start with the basic bounce on your rebounder, make sure to do proper breathing (inhale,exhale) for us to be ready on our next step.
Walking Style - on a rebounder,lets do the marching. start easy with 40 secs little walk
Forward-Back - do a forward-forward, back - back step or forward hopping and backward hopping. do this for another 40 secs.
Box - while doing a basic bounce on your trampoline lets start to incorporate our hands by doing punches together with our bounce.
Kick - same as the box . but this time we going kick.
