About the Workout

Kids and Adults will benefit from this workout and will work up a sweat. The workout is 20 seconds of jumping followed by 8 seconds of rest, and 2 jumping games. You can workout to this video alone or take turns with a friend or sibling.

WORKOUT STEPS:

Basic bounce Just bounce up and down on your mini trampoline

1 foot bounce Bounce on 1 foot on your rebounder, switching feet every few bounces

Tippy toe bounce Spread your legs to shoulder width, bend your knees and put your hands up like a goal post while bouncing

Shoulder rotation bounce Put your arms out bent at the elbows and rotate your hands up and down with each bounce

Taco twist Put your hands down to your side and bounce while rotating your body back and forth in the air with each bounce

Scissors Start with one arm and the opposite leg forward, with each bounce switch the arm and leg that are forward

Pendulum Put your hands up like a goalpost and kick one leg out to the side as you lean your upper body in that direction, then switch sides on each bounce

 

ABOUT THE TRAINER

It’s not every day you hear about a PE teacher that also has an Art degree and is technologically savvy enough to create and edit interactive workouts for all…but that’s PE Bowman using his passions to fulfill his purpose, all in God’s timing. Coach Bowman (or “PE Bowman”) has lived in Indiana for most of his life and has been the Physical Education teacher at the same elementary school in Indianapolis for the last 18 years.
