Basic bounce Just bounce up and down on your mini trampoline
1 foot bounce Bounce on 1 foot on your rebounder, switching feet every few bounces
Tippy toe bounce Spread your legs to shoulder width, bend your knees and put your hands up like a goal post while bouncing
Shoulder rotation bounce Put your arms out bent at the elbows and rotate your hands up and down with each bounce
Taco twist Put your hands down to your side and bounce while rotating your body back and forth in the air with each bounce
Scissors Start with one arm and the opposite leg forward, with each bounce switch the arm and leg that are forward
Pendulum Put your hands up like a goalpost and kick one leg out to the side as you lean your upper body in that direction, then switch sides on each bounce
