WORKOUT
Basic bounce - lets start with basic bounce on our rebounder . just a low bounce we don't wanna start with high jump . this workout is about our balance focus.
Side to side - continue doing the bounce and this time we will add our arm swinging side to side as it moves along with your hips
Balance bounce - we gonna do 2 bounces using on foot on the rebounder only. remember to focus on your balance while doing this. right foot then left foot after.
Arms circle - while still bouncing on your rebounder lets circle those arms like you holding a jump rope . do this with the bounce as if like you doing a jumping jacks.
Major balance - same as balance bounce but this time it will be a little bit difficult cause you need to bounce with one foot for about 10 secs each foot and make sure to focus on your balance as you bounce..
