Hi! I am 77 years old. I have two artificial knees and am obese. I have not done exercise for many reasons but am anxious to do this. I have been warned to start very slowly and am willing to do that because I don’t want to get sick or injured over it. I am on a nutritional program but am having trouble keeping on it. I am tired, foggy brained and have trouble in the winter with depression. Do you have videos for us old fat ladies?
