Workout:

Power walk/ jog/ march: stepping with slight raise of knees in a marching standing position. Engage core. Move to a marching wide stance. 

Pass the ball: wide standing position, toss arms out from one side to the other. 

Power walk/ jog/ march: repeat first step.

In and out march: move feet from regular standing position march to marching wide stance.
