Warm-up
-
Health Bounce: Keep your core engaged, knees gently bent, and head up as you press firmly into the mat of the trampoline but not enough to leave the mat.
-
Step Touches: In a wide stance bounce to one side with one leg in the center of the rebounder and the other leg out to the side of the rebounder. Repeat on both sides and bring your hands together and in front of you as you bounce.
-
Box Steps: In a wide stance step to the front of the rebounder one leg at a time then step to the back of the rebounder starting with the first foot you stepped with, as if you are touching each of the four corners of an imaginary box with each step. Swing you arms in a marching fashion with each step.
-
Bounce Box: In a wide stance jump to the front of the rebounder, optionally bouncing twice in this position, before jumping to the back of the rebounder and optionally bounce twice.
-
Center Bounce: With your legs shoulder-width apart, keep your core engaged and jump in the center of the mini-trampoline with your hands on your hips.
-
Narrow Bounce Box: In a narrow stance jump to the front of the rebounder before jumping to the back of the rebounder.
-
Wide Twists: In a wide stance bounce from one side to the other, lightly twisting your body from side to side as you do so.
-
Jacks: Jump in a wide stance with your arms out to your sides and land in a narrow stance with your arms together in front of you. Jump back to a wide stance with your arms out to your sides.
