Squat - to start, on your rebounder, put the band on your legs above your knee. inhale- drop your hips down and exhale - slowly goes up.
Bounce - start bouncing on your trampoline make sure to pull those knees up while bouncing.
Drop - bring your legs together on the center of the trampoline dropping those knees low. step open to the right, squat down. same as doing to the left.
Jog - after the drop, we gonna do "out-out, in-in" (your right feet out, left foot out, right foot in, left foot in).
Scissors - while still bouncing on your trampoline, right foot front left foot back. scissors switch the legs as you're going front and back.
