WORKOUT
Starter - Hop on your mini trampoline and lets get started with feet and hip parallel soften on your knees heavy tailbone. Do not over tuck, and begin with the basic bounce.
Toe curl - Put your bounce to a stop and lets roll through one ankle in one direction and switch directions. Do this with both ankles.
Tapping - Alternate tapping the in-step of your foot open up through your hip and outside.
Uppercuts - On your trampoline, your feet will be about hip width you'll have a soften knees a little hinge forward and your elbows at 90 degree angle while doing the uppercuts.
Combo - Apply all those moves on your rebounder for 1 minute each move.
