Health bounce - keep your feet on the rebounder not letting them leave to start warm up the body.
Flow - while still bouncing on your rebounder move your arms intuitively . you can also bring them up over your head and down.
Twist - at your own pace start moving your body side by side while bouncing on the trampoline
Jumping Jack - take those feet center on the rebounder and do a jumping jack. of you don't like jumping jack you can also bring your feet forward and backward as alternative
Hopping - take your hands on your hips and crouch down low and start hopping while staying low this is great for the lower body.
