Hope you enjoy this 10 minute rebounder speed challenge workout!
This is a high intensity, fast paced cardio workout. You are meant to keep with the beat.
Jumping Jacks - Start with your arms crossed in front of you and legs together, raise your arms out to the side then above your head touching hands above your head as you jump and spread your legs, then return to the starting position in the same manner.
in place run - Pump your arms as if you are running while jumping and switching each leg from front to back in an alternating fashion.
Side to Side - with your feet together hop laterally from side to side without moving your upper body other than to raise your arms above your head in an alternating fashion
High Knees - jog in place but lift your knees up to about waist level.
Bounce Jogging - in very fast rhythm jog in place on the rebounder.
