Workout
Arms swing: While bouncing the basic bounce on the rebounder, bring each arm up individually.
Both arms up: Swing both arms forward and down at the same time while bouncing on the trampoline.
Small stomps: Put your hands on your hips, then alternate shifting the weight between each foot, making a little stomp on the rebounder.
