About the Workout

Todays Beginners / Older Adults Gentle Rebounding class has our feet in a fixed position and continuous contact with the mat. This workout is perfect if you are just getting onto rebounding or if you have balance issues and want to do some gentle bouncing. Ideal if you have certain medical conditions, this class can be adapted so you use a balance bar or something stable to hold on to.

Workout 

Basic bounce: Start with your feet planted on the mat, feet shoulder-width apart.
Arms swing:
While bouncing the basic bounce on the rebounder, bring each arm up individually. 
Both arms up:
Swing both arms forward and down at the same time while bouncing on the trampoline. 
Small stomps:
Put your hands on your hips, then alternate shifting the weight between each foot, making a little stomp on the rebounder. 
Both arms up: Swing both arms forward and down at the same time while bouncing on the trampoline in a basic bounce.
