Cool Down
- Light Bounce: Begin with your legs shoulder length apart and with your hands on your hips. Softly bend your knees and press into the Rebounder with the balls of your feet, keeping your heels slightly raised. Maintain a steady bounce for one minute.
- Side Steps: Step to each side without bouncing on the trampoline, shaking out your arms and rolling your shoulders
- Hip Circles: Place your hands on your hips and rotate your hips around your body, in both directions
- Arm Twists: Rotate your upper body to each side with a light twist in your spine. Bring your arms across your body as you twist.
- Glute Touches: Bring your heel to touch your glutes, remember you are cooling down so go slow and don't bounce on the mini trampoline as you do
- Hip Leg Touches: With your arms at your sides, bring one of your heels up to your other knee and touch your heel. Alternate and maintain steady breath.
- Outside Leg Touches: Bend your legs out to the side so that it touches your hands near your sides. Twist your hips slightly as you do this.
- Cat-Cows: Interlace your fingers at your chest, lift your chest up as you arch your spine and inhale. Then hold your arms out from your chest and bend your spine. Hold this position for 3 breaths
- Reaching Overheads: Bend your body to one side and raise your arm up as high as you can until you feel a stretch in the space near your ribcage.
- Neutral Position: End the cool down in a neutral position, your arms at your sides and your legs shoulder width apart. As you breathe, inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth. Make sure your exhale is slightly longer than your inhale.
- Arm Sweeps: Sweep your arms up into the air as if you are trying to grab onto something, then bend down and let your arms sweep downward across your knees. Repeat twice.
