Enjoy this 45 minute rebounder workout with the workout breakdown as follows: 25 min rebounder cardio 15 min strength training-core **use hand weights if you do not have a resistance band. Angie is using our 48 blue rebounder. 




  • 1 minute jumping and take those arms up back with you
  • Twist side by side. make sure to use those arms
  • Do a little run on the rebounder , light jog in
  • still on trampoline move side to side and get those knees up 
  • Sross jumping with arms involve.
