Warm-up

  • Posture: Keep your shoulders back and down away from your ears. Maintain a slight bend in the knees and keep your core engaged.
  • Health Bounce: Begin a slight bounce by pressing the balls of your feet into the mat of the rebounder.
  • Side Steps: Step each leg out to the side and tap the mat with your foot.
  • V Steps: Step to the front of the mini-trampoline in a wide stance, then step to the back of the mini-trampoline in a narrow stance. Alternate which leg you lead with.
  • March in Place: March on the trampoline with a slight bounce, swinging your arms as you march.
  • Small Side Steps: Step to each edge of the rebounder with three quick and small steps.
  • Micro Bounce: Similar to the health bounce, jump on the trampoline with enough force to every so slightly leave the mat.
