Star Jumps - start with doing a jumping jacks on your trampoline for 20 seconds.
Track Jumps - bounce bounce tuck, by tucking your legs to your back after the bounce on the trampoline.
Combo move - combination of star jump and track jump. (jumping jacks, tuck ...)
Repeat - repeat everything two different times.
