30 minutes of cardio intervals on the mini trampoline using light dumbbells. Each interval is 30 seconds and we move straight to the next exercise to keep the heart rate up. This class will work your whole body and help you burn major calories and fat giving you that lean and toned look! Bonus of the rebounder workouts is that it's easy on the knees! I am using 2lbs dumbells and I would suggest nothing heavier than that as we are moving very quickly for this class. Here is my Rebounding Mini Trampoline Workout // 30 MINUTE / All Cardio. This workout will be 25 mins of low impact cardio (complete with warm up), followed by a relaxing stretch We will be toning the upper body and increasing the challenge by adding light hand weights.
