NASA has done some research regarding the rebounder and they found that just 10 minutes of jumping on a trampoline is equivalent to about 30 minutes of running. WOW!

45 MINUTE TRAMPOLINE HIIT | At Home Cardio Workout
30 minutes of cardio intervals on the mini trampoline using light dumbbells. Each interval is 30 seconds and we move straight to the next exercise to keep the heart rate up. This class will work your whole body and help you burn major calories and fat giving you that lean and toned look! Bonus of the rebounder workouts is that it's easy on the knees! I am using 2lbs dumbells and I would suggest nothing heavier than that as we are moving very quickly for this class. Could definitely be done without the weights and you can use full water bottles in replacement if you do not have weights.
