Warm-up
- Step touch: Start stepping side to side with a small jump while clapping with your hands on the rebounder
- Pulse it out: Bring your feet out to the side, move your hips slightly with a twist and bounce while bringing your arms up and around on the mini trampoline.
- Booty Kicks: Bring your alternating legs behind you to kick your behind while bringing your arms up and down to the sides of your body on the rebounder. Add the arms and point to the front.

- Power pose: Do a pose at the end!
