Warm-up
- Pulse it out: Bring your feet out to the side, move your hips slightly with a twist and bounce while bringing your arms up and around on the mini trampoline.
- March it out: march in place while swinging your arms.
- Front and Back March: Separate your feet wide and alternate bringing your arms in to the front on the rebounder.
- Bounce Knee: Bring each leg up to your chest while swinging your arms on the rebounder. Add the arms by bringing them up above your head
- Pulse it out: Bring your feet out to the side, move your hips slightly with a twist and bounce while bringing your arms up and around on the mini trampoline.
- March it out: march in place while swinging your arms.
