  • 15 Min REBOUNDER HIIT CARDIO Workout

    In this rebounding workout video you will burn A LOT of calories in as little as 15 minutes on the mini trampoline. This is an easy to follow cardio workout on the rebounder. This rebounder workout is fast and intense, but as always I give you modifications if needed. We will complete 15 moves for 40 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds of rest or active recovery. Remember, as always turn on your own musics and let's get started. Renee is using our 48 pink rebounder.

  • 30 Min Rebounder Workout | HIIT Cardio

    Here is my 30 Min Rebounder Workout // HIIT Cardio/ Intervals! In this 30 min HIIT trampoline workout, we have 6 circuits with 2 exercises in each one. Each circuit will be repeated twice back to back, working for 45 secs with 15 secs of active rest. Take more rest time if needed. Have fun! High Intensity Interval Cardio Training is an effective way to burn calories, as your body will continue to burn energy up to 14 hours after your exercise session. In order for this to occur, you do have to challenge yourself, so you are out of breath by the end of the interval. Please take more rest time if you have having difficulty catching your breath. To lose weight and build muscle, make sure you include strength workouts into your weekly regime.
