The benefits of rebounding
A workout
that finally
feels good.
Full-body cardio that's kind to your knees, hips, and back. Five fun minutes on a rebounder works like one mile of running, without the pounding. No skills, no gym, no punishment.
Loved by bouncers of every age and ability
80%
less joint stress than running
Getting started
Good form,
Good form,
from day one.
-
Posture
Stand tall, eyes forward, shoulders relaxed, core gently engaged.
-
The bounce
Push down through your whole foot and let the rebounder push you back up. Work with the bounce.
-
Gentle start
When beginning, feet can stay on the mat. Let the equipment do the work.
-
Listen to your body
Soreness is normal; sharp pain is not. Stay hydrated and stop if something hurts.
Common questions
Not at all. Rebounding is one of the only workouts designed to meet you exactly where you are. In the
first sessions your feet can stay on the mat the entire time, a gentle "health bounce" that activates your
lymphatic system and works your core without any impact at all. From there you naturally progress to a low
bounce, then a higher one, simply by listening to how your body feels. There are no instructions to
memorise, no coordination milestones, and no class pace to keep up with. Most beginners start with 5 to 10
minutes a day and within a couple of weeks they're comfortably hitting 20 to 30 minutes without thinking
about it.
The opposite. It's actively good for them. Running on pavement sends a force equal to roughly 2 to 3 times
your body weight through your ankles, knees, and hips with every stride. Our bungee rebounder absorbs up
to 80% of that gravitational force before it ever reaches your joints, so the load on your body is a
fraction of what you'd experience on a treadmill or a track. What's more, the rhythmic compression and
decompression of bouncing stimulates production of synovial fluid, the lubricant inside your joint
capsules, which over time strengthens the surrounding cartilage, tendons, and stabilising muscles. Many of
our customers come to rebounding specifically because their joints told them to slow down, and they
discover they can work out harder on a rebounder than on any other piece of equipment.
Rebounding is generally safe and often beneficial for your back. The mat absorbs shock and reduces spinal
impact compared to hard surfaces, and the gentle bouncing motion actually decompresses the vertebrae and
improves spinal fluid circulation in a way that static exercise cannot. That said, hunching forward,
locking your knees, or landing hard on your heels can create compressive forces on the spine. We always
recommend keeping a soft bend in your knees, staying upright with your core lightly engaged, and keeping
your bounces controlled. If you have a pre-existing spinal condition, a disc issue, or have had recent
back surgery, consult your doctor before starting any new exercise routine.
Faster than most workouts. Within the first few days of regular bouncing most people report noticeably
higher energy levels and reduced bloating, both direct effects of the lymphatic system being stimulated.
By weeks 2 to 4, improved sleep quality, better balance, and a general sense of physical lightness tend to
become consistent. Visible changes to muscle tone, particularly in the legs, glutes, and core, start
appearing around the 3 to 4 week mark with daily 20-minute sessions. Meaningful changes in body
composition, cardiovascular fitness, and bone density follow at 12 to 20 weeks of consistent use. The
timeline compresses significantly if you combine rebounding with a sensible diet, but even without
changing your eating habits the results come faster than equivalent time on a treadmill or stationary
bike.
Steel springs work by snapping back sharply the moment tension is released. That abrupt reversal sends a
jarring shock through your feet, ankles, and knees at the bottom of every bounce. Bungee cords have
completely different physics. they stretch progressively and return energy gradually, creating a smooth
arc that decelerates your body naturally rather than stopping it suddenly. The difference in feel is
immediately obvious. A bungee bounce is quieter, softer, and more forgiving on every landing. There are
durability benefits too. Metal springs corrode, lose elasticity, and develop squeaks within 1 to 2 years
of regular use. Our bungee cords are rated for sustained heavy use and maintain consistent resistance
throughout their lifespan, so your rebounder performs exactly like it did on day one years later.
Less than you'd expect. Our 40-inch bungee rebounder has a footprint just over 3.5 feet across. For
comfortable safe bouncing you'll want roughly 2 to 3 feet of clear space on either side, so a 10-foot wide
area is ideal, though many customers bounce in tighter spaces without issue. Ceiling height matters more
than floor space: for health bouncing and moderate cardio you need about 8 feet; for higher jumps or
running intervals aim for 9 to 10 feet. When you're done the legs fold flat in seconds and the rebounder
stores upright against a wall or under a bed. It won't live on your floor collecting dust like a
treadmill.

A Bounce That Feels Better
-
Every bounce feels smooth, stable, and easy on your joints. Our rebounder gives you the support to move freely and the control to stay centered. Now you can focus on how good it feels to move, not how hard you're landing.
-
Unlike stiff, squeaky springs, our bungee cords stretch and release in rhythm with your body. They absorb impact, stay quiet, and deliver a calm, controlled rebound that's built for real fitness and everyday comfort.
-
Cheaper rebounders cut corners with thin mats and basic bungees. We don't. Our heavy-duty mat and premium bungees deliver long-lasting tension, durability, and stability. Giving you a smoother, safer bounce for both you and the little ones.

Before you buy
Will it fit, and will anyone hear it
The two questions we get most from apartments and low basements. Answer them in about fifteen seconds.
Ceiling check
You bounce a few inches, not a few feet. Here is the clearance you actually need.
Plenty of room.
You stand 9 in higher on the deck, which puts your head at 6 ft 3 in, with 1 ft 9 in of air above it.
The rule of thumb in this category is two feet of clearance above your head while standing on the mat. Ours sits 9 in off the floor.
The two sizes, side by side
- 40 inch fits a corner, a landing, the end of a bed.
- 48 inch wants a clear square of about five feet.
- Both take the legs off in under a minute and lean flat against a wall.
Noise, floors, neighbours
Spring rebounder
Metal coils squeak and twang. It is the squeak that carries through a floor, not the landing.
Ours
Latex bungee on a padded frame. No metal touches metal, so there is nothing to squeak. What is left is a
quiet bounce.
- On hardwood or tile, put a rubber gym mat underneath. It kills the thud and stops the legs walking.
- On carpet, nothing needed.
- Upstairs neighbours hear impact, not sound. Bounce low and keep it off a shared wall.
And when it is not in use
Six legs unscrew by hand, no tools, in under a minute. What is left is a flat disc that leans behind a door or slides under a bed. This is the answer to the question most people are really asking, which is whether it will take over the room.
See both sizesThe actual policy
What happens if you hate it
Every brand on this page has a badge that says 30 day guarantee. Almost none of them tell you who packs the box, who pays the shipping, or how long the money takes. Here is ours, in the order it actually happens.
-
1
It shows up damaged
- You do Send one photo to support.
- We do Ship the replacement part, or the whole unit if the frame is bent.
- You pay Nothing, and you keep the original in the meantime.
-
2
A part gives out in year three
- You do Tell us which part, and roughly when you bought it.
- We do Send the part from stock. Bungees, legs, mats, clips. We keep all of it.
- You pay Nothing. The warranty is for the life of the rebounder, not for a year.
-
3
You just never use it
- You do Email us inside 30 days. No form, no reason required, no restocking fee.
- We do Send a prepaid return label. The legs unscrew, so it goes back in the box it came in.
- You pay Nothing, including the return shipping, which is the part most brands quietly leave to you.
We have been honouring this since 2021, across thousands of warranty claims. That is not a policy we wrote for the website. It is a parts shelf, a person reading the email, and a prepaid label.
Five questions
Which one is actually right for you
Two sizes, two bungee firmnesses, seven colours and an optional bar. Rather than leave that to a dropdown, tell us five things.
Is this for you
Who this is for, and who it is not
Most people arrive here asking whether they are fit enough, old enough, or well enough for this. Four answers, and one case where we would tell you to wait.
You are over 60 and want to keep your balance
A rebounder is closer to a firm cushion than a trampoline. Your feet never have to leave the mat. The health bounce, the one most people over 60 do, is a heel lift that barely looks like exercise and still moves everything.
Your setup The 48 inch with the stability bar. Put it somewhere you can reach a wall.
Your knees gave up on running
Running puts about three times your body weight through each stride. The mat takes roughly 70% of that out of the landing, which is why people come back to cardio here after years off it. Your heart rate does not know the difference.
Your setup Either size, standard bungees, and ten minutes to start.
You are here for lymph and general health
The gentle version of this is the popular one: feet on the mat, a soft up and down, a few minutes at a time, several times a day. It is the least athletic use of a rebounder and it is what a large share of our customers actually bought it for.
Your setup Either size with the soft bungee upgrade, which makes the bounce longer and softer.
You have ten minutes, not an hour
It lives in the room you are already in. No shoes, no drive to a gym, no getting changed. That is the whole argument, and it is the reason the ones that get used are the ones that never go in a cupboard.
Your setup The 40 inch, if space is the reason it would get put away.
When we would tell you to wait
If you are recovering from surgery, pregnant, being treated for an inner ear or balance disorder, or you have been told to avoid impact entirely, ask your doctor before you order rather than after. We would rather lose the sale than have you send it back in week two, and the 30 days are there either way.
The honest risk
Your first thirty days
The real worry with any piece of home fitness equipment is not whether it works. It is whether it ends up in the garage. So here is what the first month looks like, and it is deliberately small.
-
Day 1
Fifteen minutes from box to bouncing
It ships 95% assembled. You screw on six legs by hand, no tools. Then two minutes of bouncing, feet staying on the mat, just to feel what it does. That is the whole of day one and it is meant to be.
-
Week 1
Ten minutes, most days, nothing heroic
Put it where you walk past it. The people who still use theirs in year three are almost always the people who left it out. Ten minutes of the health bounce while the kettle boils counts, and it is enough to feel the difference in your legs by about day five.
-
Week 4
Either it is a habit, or it goes back
Four weeks in you will know. If it has become the thing you do while the coffee brews, you are set for years. If you have used it twice, email us before day 30 and we send a prepaid label. That is the entire deal and we would rather you use it than keep it.
You are not left to work it out
The workout library is free, it comes with the rebounder, and it opens with a ten minute beginner routine. Over a million workouts have been completed on these. Start with the first one and ignore the rest until week two.
